All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

Tickets are issued to a specific individual and are non-transferable. Each ticket is valid only for the person whose details were provided at the time of purchase.

Refunds will only be issued in the event of cancellation of the festival. In such cases, customers will be notified via email and refunds will be processed automatically.
